Current shipping area
Standard online shipping is currently available only within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are actively planning to add worldwide shipping soon, but international availability, costs, customs handling, taxes, delivery timing, and carrier options must be confirmed before we can accept standard worldwide orders.
Worldwide wholesale inquiries
If you are outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico and want to order more than 5 units at a time, please contact us for a wholesale shipping review. We may be able to provide a custom quote for clubs, schools, retailers, distributors, event organizers, or group buyers depending on destination, quantity, timing, and carrier availability.
Preorder fulfillment
Preorder shipping timelines may change while manufacturing, packaging, quality checks, and fulfillment plans are finalized. We will share meaningful updates when available and will make good faith efforts to ship completed products in a reasonable order based on production readiness, payment confirmation, shipping destination, and operational constraints.
Rates, duties, and taxes
Shipping rates, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and customs requirements may vary by destination and order type. Unless we state otherwise during checkout or in a written quote, customers are responsible for destination-specific taxes, duties, import fees, and any information required by carriers or customs authorities.
Delivery issues
Carrier delays, weather events, customs inspections, address errors, missed deliveries, and regional service disruptions can affect delivery. If your shipment appears delayed or damaged, contact us promptly and we will help review the available carrier information and practical next steps.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment, and customers may be responsible for extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, or delivery locations that carriers cannot service.
