Product information and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, timelines, and launch information accurate, but details may change as the product moves through development, manufacturing, packaging, testing, and fulfillment. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel transactions when necessary.

Preorders and payment

Preorders are processed through Stripe Checkout. A preorder does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless we expressly state one in writing. If we need to materially change a preorder, we will try to communicate clearly and offer a practical customer service path, which may include an update, cancellation option, or refund where appropriate.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and payment information; checking order confirmations; using products safely and as intended; and contacting us promptly if order details need correction. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Returns, support, and goodwill

We want customers to feel treated fairly. Return, refund, warranty, and replacement options may depend on product status, order type, use, condition, shipping destination, and applicable law. Contact us with concerns and we will review the situation in good faith while protecting the business from fraud, abuse, unauthorized resales, and unreasonable claims.

Wholesale and international requests

Standard online shipping is currently limited to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We plan to add worldwide shipping in the future. Customers interested in international wholesale orders of more than 5 units may contact us for a custom quote, shipping review, and availability confirmation.

Website use

You may not use the website to break the law, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content in a harmful way, misrepresent your identity, or abuse checkout, analytics, email, or support systems. We may restrict access or refuse service when needed to protect customers, the site, or the business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chess Clock Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, products, delays, third-party services, or inability to use the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
